Guy Who Paid $3.7 Million To Have S*x With Megan Fox Is SUING Because, Shockingly, She Didn’t Show Up

Still, there are some people who take their respect and admiration of beautiful women too far. Celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Sandra Bullock, Blake Lively, and Selena Gomez are just some of the women who have been stalked by fans. Luckily, for these women the men were given restraining orders or put behind bars depending on the threat. Blurring the line between fiction and reality can sometimes be a little too much for people.

Sometimes the adoring fan though is the one who falls victim to its own celebrity obsession.

 

Megan Fox is one of the sexiest women in Hollywood.

She may be a mother of three small boys but the 30-year-old actor, model, and businesswoman knows how to make grown men swoon.

Candice Swanepoel is a South African model best known for her Victoria’s Secret runways.

The 28-year-old has also modelled for the top brands in the world.

28-year-old Angelababy is a superstar in Hong Kong.

Angelababy found success as a model, singer, and actor, working since she was 14 years old.

These women are successful in their own rights and it doesn’t hurt that they are beautiful.

It would only be natural for men to desire them. But most normal, well-balanced, mature guys would end their attraction with maybe their image on their screen saver, following them on social media, or catching their latest flick.

A wealthy man in China wanted more than a signed autograph or a poster of these lovely ladies.

The man wanted to take these women to his bedroom and have sex with them.

Yu “Martin” Xu didn’t want to fantasize having sex with Megan Fox, he wanted it to make it a reality.

He sought the services of Royal Court Escorts, a North ­Sydney-based agency.

Xu had to fork out $24,000 to just join the agency.

He was willing to pay this amount as the agency claimed they had high profile celebrities working under them, including the three women.

But to get Megan Fox, Candice Swanepoel, and Angelababy, Xu would have to pay more than just the joining fee.

Xu said he was offered these women for the sum of $3.7 million. There is nothing indicating these women work or have ever worked as escorts.

The Australia-based company promised Xu the women would be flown to anywhere in the world the businessman was at.

This may have been the first warning signal for Xu.

Angelababy married her longtime boyfriend in a luxury wedding in Hong Kong.

The nuptials reportedly cost over $31 million. She is certainly not in need of extra cash.

On August 13, 2014, Xu made a payment of $500,000 to Royal Court Escorts.

Two days later he transferred an additional $500,000 to the company.

On August 19, Xu made two more payments totalling $2.5 million.

By August 21, the businessman completed his last transaction of $200,00.

In September of that same year, the agency reportedly told Xu Angelababy was flying out to see him.

He paid for her flight but the artist never showed up at the arranged location.

Xu has filed with the Supreme Court of New South Wales to sue and recoup his money.

The businessman is going after the parent company, Nalwa Holdings, claiming breach of conduct, misleading and deceptive conduct, and unjust enrichment.

The company’s 24-hour line was disconnected.

The website is no longer active and the Twitter’s account last post was last updated on May 2014.

Royal Court Escorts also operated under different names.

Royal Court Royal Club, Billionaires Australia Escorts, and Sydney Escorts Services are just some of the names it went by.

The company claimed celebrity escorts and “high class” women were available for the very wealthy men.

The parent company, Nalwa Holdings, is owned by Diljit “Dion” Singh Uppal.

Singh Uppal was once an actor in India.

In 2003, he was found not guilty of murdering his father Sirjit “Simon” Uppal.

The father was a millionaire clothing wholesaler who was killed in his home in Maroubra, Australia, in front of his wife. He was only 48 years old.

Singh Uppal fled Australia and settled in India and Thailand.

He was arrested in Thailand in 2001 and extradited back to Australia to stand trial for his father’s murder. After one day of deliberations, the jury found him not guilty.

Ironically, in 2015 Singh Uppal sued celebrity agent Max Markson after he paid advertising space for the appearance of boxing champ Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather was denied an Australian visa based on his criminal record. Singh Uppal argued his money was not returned when the appearances were cancelled. The two settled “amicably.”

The lawyers for Nawal Holdings made an unusual requests with the court.

They asked for Xu to put up $50,000 to cover costs that may be awarded against him.

The judged rejected the request.

Xu’s lawyers have provided documentation to show the transfers were made through the man’s HSBC account.

Singh Uppal’s lawyer said no comments would be made to the media.

He stated his client no longer lives in Australia and is now residing overseas. He didn’t divulge the exact country Singh Uppal now calls home.

As for how did an über rich businessman fall for such a scam is still unclear.

Some people love their celebrities so much they are willing to throw any common sense out the window coupled with their wallets.
